Kids’ En Plein Air – Hattiesburg| Young Artists Painting for a Purpose
About this Event
Join us at the beautiful Chain Park in Hattiesburg for a fun and inspiring morning celebrating creativity, community, and young artists.
Kids’ En Plein Air – Hattiesburg, presented by BankFirst, is an outdoor painting event designed to encourage creativity while supporting an important cause in our community. Young artists will create their own artwork in a relaxed and encouraging setting surrounded by the charm of Hattiesburg’s beauty.
Registration is $25 per participant and includes all necessary art supplies and a snack, making it easy for families to simply bring their young artists and enjoy the experience.
Participants will also have the opportunity to win prizes in the following age categories:
• Ages 3–5
• Ages 6–8
• Ages 9–12
• Ages 13–15
• Ages 16–18
This event is open to the public, and parents, grandparents, guardians, and friends are welcome to attend, stroll through the event area, and watch the artists at work.
Kids’ En Plein Air is also a fundraiser benefiting the Domestic Abuse Family Shelter (DAFS), which provides shelter, advocacy, and support services for survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and stalking throughout our region.
By participating, families are helping support life-saving services for survivors in our community while celebrating creativity, compassion, and community.
