Movement is Magic!
Join Miss Molly for a special one-time yoga workshop full of mindful fun and creative movement. In this engaging class, kids will explore physical activity and mindfulness practices that support self-regulation and help them find calm in a playful, supportive environment. Mindfulness, movement, and creativity come together for a magical afternoon!
(Parents, drop your kiddos off and then head over to Adam's Dance Connection for a fun Date Night + Thriller Dance Event—the perfect evening of movement and community for everyone in the family!)
Reminder: We kindly ask parents/guardians to promptly drop off yogis and pick them up at the end of class to allow space for connection and community within the group.
