We’re excited to announce a special Fall Kids YogArt Workshop at Soul Revolution Yoga + Cycling! 🌞The POWER of YOGA
Miss Molly will be sharing lots of mindful fun in this creative and engaging yoga workshop. Students will enjoy physical movement and mindfulness practices. These practices help create self-regulation and teach your child how to find calm. Mindfulness, movement, and creativity come together! Each child will take home a special mindfulness tool used or created in this class. This month we will focus no the poses and how to move our bodies to feel better.
