Facilitated by yogini-mom Amy Henderson, Kids Yoga is a monthly yoga class suitable for ages 5-12. Kids will have fun while learning yoga poses and playing yoga games. They will work on balance and flexibility while building strong muscles and minds. A fun snack and activity are always included. This month's theme is Super Kids Yoga where kindness is our superpower!
One responsible adult must remain on site and everyone is welcome to participate. It really is fun for the whole family!
