Kid's Yoga Safari - Yoga District Bloomingdale - Sat. March 22

Join us Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 2:30-4:00pm at Yoga District Bloomindale (1830 1st St. NW Bloomingdale). Children ages 5 - 8 years old are invited to join Jackie and Stepanie on a YOGA SAFARI! Practicing yoga and mindfulness during childhood creates a powerful sense of self-awareness, confidence, playfulness, and is a great tool for self-soothing.Together, we will make new friends while practicing yoga postures and mindfulness techniques through movement, song, games, and stories. Bring a playful spirit, no yoga experience required. Caretakers are encouraged to drop their child off for the workshop.
