Bring your children to a kid-friendly yoga class inside the Himalayan salt cave. The salt cave helps improve breathing and reduces allergy and asthma symptoms. The salt on the ground feels like sand and the children get to play! Yoga helps children with coordination and offers a sense of calm through the practice of fun poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, breathing & relaxation. Must register at least 24hrs in advance as space is limited. Mats are provided. Ages 2-10
