Yoga for Kids is a fun, engaging class designed especially for children ages 5–9. Through movement, imagination, yoga-pose games, and simple breathing techniques, kids learn how to move their bodies with confidence, improve focus, and manage big emotions — all in a supportive, playful environment.
This class is not about perfect poses. It’s about confidence, creativity, coordination, and calm.

• Short, age-appropriate yoga sequences
• Yoga-pose themed games and movement activities
• Breathing techniques to support focus and emotional regulation
• Confidence-building and body awareness
• A positive, encouraging atmosphere designed just for kids
👀 Parent Information
Children participate independently in the studio room.
Parents are welcome to relax in the lobby and observe through the viewing window and or lobby monitor at any time.

• $18 – 2 children (same household)
• $24 – 3 children (same household)

Series prepay locks in your spot for the full session and offers the deepest savings.
Friends attend at regular rate. Family pricing applies to siblings from the same household.
