✨ Yoga & Mindfulness – Children will move their bodies in fun, empowering ways and learn calming breath techniques and relaxation tools.
🌿 Outdoor Adventure – We begin the day at Riverwalk Park for fresh air, playground, movement, and splash pad fun (weather permitting).
🎨 Creative Expression – Through music, art, mandalas, and storytelling, kids tap into their imagination and self-awareness.
