Kids Yoga classes are fun, playful, interactive yoga classes engaging to the kids. Our qualified Kula Yoga Kids instructors will take the kids through a series of yoga poses all the while teaching them to connect with their inner peace. This is done through yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices, songs, and yoga themed games. This is a 45 minute class once weekly held on school premises. It is open ONLY to the kids of the school where it is located. Kids should come in comfortable clothes with a water bottle and yoga mat.
