4-Week Kids Yoga Series! ? ?Exciting news for parents! I’m thrilled to announce a special 4-week Kids Yoga Series happening Fridays, from September 20 to October 11, 2024. This is the perfect opportunity for children to explore the foundational practices of yoga in a fun and engaging way! Whether your child is new to yoga or has some experience, this series will introduce them to the essentials of yoga, helping them build confidence, focus, and self-awareness.
What to Expect in Our Kids Yoga Series:
? Foundations of Yoga: Your child will learn the basics of yoga, from understanding the importance of mindfulness to developing a strong, balanced practice.
? Explore Yoga Poses: We’ll break down key yoga poses that help with strength, flexibility, and balance, making it fun and accessible for all children.
? Using Props: Props like blocks and straps can be game-changers! Your child will learn how to use these tools to support their practice and enhance their understanding of poses.
? Breathwork: Breathing exercises help children relax, improve focus, and manage stress. We’ll introduce simple, effective techniques that they can carry with them into everyday life.

Only $75, which includes class instruction, weekly handout with yoga poses and information for continued practice, and a kids yoga mat to keep
