Join us for a heartwarming and playful yoga class designed for little ones to connect through movement, breath, and joy. Led by our amazing teacher and mama Heidi, this class weaves together imaginative play, mindful movement, and gentle stretching in a way that supports bonding, emotional awareness, and shared fun.Expect songs, partner poses, giggles, and grounding practices that nurture connection — both with each other and within. Ideal for children ages 2-6, this workshop is a beautiful way to introduce mindfulness and movement in a supportive, community-centered space.
No prior yoga experience needed — just bring your curiosity, comfy clothes, yoga mat and a willingness to move together!
