In our NEW Kids Yoga series, Miss Ali lays the foundation for mindfulness and self-confidence, nurturing your child's development at every stage of life.
Expect a joyful blend of music, imaginative play, and respect, all within a fun and inclusive environment.
Each session explores the wonders of our bodies and minds through creative games, art, and physical poses that connect movement with imagination.
Designed for children aged 3-10, our classes open new horizons for embodied exploration and growth.
Drop-off is available for this age range, but parents are welcome to stay on-site or even join in on the fun.
All equipment, including yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters, is provided.
Join us in Studio Bee 🐝—just follow the brick driveway to the Gold Door at the back of our building.
