Frankie and I are so excited to share this mindful adventure with you. Recommended for ages 5-9
Here’s what to expect-
We will gather in a circle, learn about sound and our bodies, talk about emotions, make music with our voice and instruments, move our bodies and then have a 10-15 min mindful sound session. After, we will enjoy a handcrafted drink while we share about our feelings and experiences.
What to bring-
Water, an empty cup for shared drink, a pillow, blanket and yoga mat if you have one. Dress comfortably. Please bring anything else you and your child may need to be comfortable.
Please remember this is not a drop off event you will need to be near by as the adult. You are welcome to join or you may set off to the side.
