Let’s gooooooooooo!!!Early start time but PLEAAASSSSSE pull at at 9am so we can warm up the kids and just make it on time. Many of us have other things going on for our Saturdays so if we can start on time, it really helps!!
I love this park.
So, the hike on Saturday, it’s our shortest. It’s a mile plus. To fill in time, the play equipment is great, there is a fun slide for the kids to play on, we will have a fun time, together.
Friendly vibes as always. This is not some city of Oakland community thing. This is the 510 Hikers family extended to encourage kids to come out and enjoy some walking in nature and park time. So, have the right mindset of what you can bring (positive vibes and friendliness) and not what you can get because, that’s how the group wins and how you will win being your best friendliest self unraveled and authentic.
First timers feel welcome. You got to jump at some point, might as well be this week!! Stop being scared. Make it a quest!!
