Chefs Bill and Mikael are excited to present our New Years Menu! This class is designed to teach students recipes that can be replicated at home with minimal assistance as well as introducing them to new skills and product! Teamwork is also a very important component to the class structure. Looking forward to seeing your young chefs, soon! Menu includes:
· Vegetarian Chili - Students will experience Product ID and tasting of a variety of beans/peas and tomatoes and then, in teams, produce their chili.
· Green Chile Cheddar Cornbread - Teams will produce batter and each student will prepare their own mini cornbreads
· Thumb Print Cookies - Each student will form their own cookies and fill with jam
· New Years Spritzers with holiday glitter

Reminders!!
· PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
· Age requirement is 6-17 years old.
· Enter Mother Road Market at the West side entrance.
· The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM
· The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira
· Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and one adult
