Kickstart Bootcamp is held at Millfield Football Pitch off Tynebank Road and we welcome new people keen to get their workout in early. Its suitable for all fitness levels using a variety of equipment and body weight exercises.
You get a 30 minute full body workout in before work and hold bragging rights for the rest of the day!
