Seasonal Herbal Workshops – Connect with Nature AND Learn About Natural Healing 🌿Join me for a series of workshops exploring plant identification, foraging, and herbal remedy making through the seasons.
Our summer session 'A Scottish Summer's Wild Medicine',” takes place at the beautiful, ancient Preston Mill. Spend a immersive afternoon discovering local edible and medicinal plants, and learning how to use them in everyday life.
I’m Karen from Herb & Soul – a herbalist, forager and nature educator and I’m so happy to share these wonderful sell out events! Together, we’ll explore the healing that's growing around us, learn how to forage safely and sustainably, and create beautiful herbal remedies you can take home. You'll have your own herbal apothecary in no time!
Small group sessions with plenty of time for one to one and questions.
Each workshop is unique – we’ll work with whatever plants are thriving at that time.
Everyone is welcome!
