Kickboxing on the Plaza

This weekly outdoor Kickboxing class is led by Denaye from Black 2 Life Fitness Ministry at Cascade Plaza.

Enjoy the fresh air and blow off some steam with this an hour long class at Cascade Plaza. It’s the perfect way to decompress from the workday or meet up with friends to work out together.

Denaye is sure to get your heart pumping and make you feel strong and connected in mind, body, and spirit.

This class takes place on the grass and sneakers are recommended.

Refreshments will be available for purchase at The Shed before, during and after this class.
