Spin a day along the Ohio & Erie Canalway!
Cycle 25 or 50 miles along the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail with your friends and family at our annual Cleveland Clinic Akron General Towpath 50!
This 25-mile or 50-mile out and back bicycle ride will take you from downtown Akron south to Vanderhoof Trailhead in New Franklin (25) or Crystal Springs Trailhead in Canal Fulton (50). 50-mile riders begin at 7:30 a.m. and 25-mile riders begin at 9:00 a.m.
When you arrive back to Akron, you'll receive a picnic-style lunch along the canal. Registration is $55 per person, or pump it up to fundraise $100 or $150 for the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail and receive tiered event premiums! Online registration closes August 6, 2026. Same day registration will be available for $60 per rider. Same day registration will be based on availability.
All proceeds benefit the continued development of the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, connector trails, and surrounding public spaces.
