Vinyasa Yoga on the Plaza

This weekly outdoor Vinyasa Yoga class is led by instructors from Yoga Squared at Cascade Plaza.

Enjoy the fresh air and an hour long class on the lawn at Cascade Plaza. It’s the perfect way to decompress from the workday or meet up with friends to work out together.

Nikki will lead you through an hour-long session that will focus on a mindful sequence of movement and meditation in an accessible way. Perfect for everyone from beginners to master yogis.

This class takes place on the grass. We recommend bringing a yoga mat or towel.
