13 Rounds of kickboxing and boxing inspired movement designed with specific goals for each round. From warm up, to meditative cool down, Kick It targets key physical performance indicators to maximize efforts that provide real change from the inside out. We put the "group" back in group fitness! With plenty of options to modify along the way, this class is for everyone.
