The time for Kiara’s Kolors Art Drive is just around the corner and we can’t wait to see you. As some of you may or may not know that Kiara thoroughly loved art. And she especially loved her art therapy at STL Childrens Hospital. She loved Ms.
Daphne her art therapist intently. She always looked forward to Art Therapy and we believe it took her mind to a comforting place and helped her recieve a short time of peace. With your help the last four years we have had an extraordinary turn out from our friends and community and are so thankful. We had our car packed to the max when we delivered the supplies over the past four years. Again this year we will be accepting all types of art supplies as long as they are new and in original packaging. Also we will be receiving all types of gift cards as we will take to Friends of Kids with Cancer. The last four years we have had a huge success with cards for Friends of Kids to hand out to the kids after pokes, treatments, appointments, etc. All the donated Art Items will be taken to STL Childrens Hospital and donated to the Childlife Art department to help bless kids going through cancer. We ask for all our friends and family to help us make this a Huge event again this year from our small town. So please if you feel led to donate drop off your art supplies with us at His Place House of Worship in the Kiara's Korner Lobby on Oct 18th from 9am to 11am. The last four years we have had several that wanted to donate money which made it where Candie and I could go buy Items we didnt recieve by donation.
We will be doing the same again this year.
**We have drop off locations located at 10/40 Coffee and Teeny Tiny Town in West Plains for convenience. We will also have a table set up at the Pedal the Cause on Saturday morning Oct 11th during the Pedal event.**
