Kendall-Whittier Residents Association Meeting

A monthly check-in for Kendall-Whittier residents to compare notes, talk through block issues, ask questions, and figure out practical next steps together.
Common topics include block conditions, city services, public space changes, KWMS/KWID and planning updates, resident comments, and next steps.
Residents may bring up issues such as crime, trash, dumping, lighting, sidewalks, alleys, overgrown lots, vacant houses, code concerns, speeding, noise, parking, drainage, loose dogs, feral or stray cats, unsafe properties, murals, signs, trees, landscaping, street changes, public art, events, sidewalk closures, traffic impacts, utility work, city case numbers, public records, and upcoming meetings.
The goal is simple: share what is happening, compare notes, document patterns, identify the right contact or process, and decide what neighbors can do next.
