Safe Enough to Be Seen

A workshop for visibility, self-expression & taking up space
What if the issue isn’t that you lack confidence, but that somewhere along the way, a part of you learned that being fully seen didn’t feel safe?
Safe Enough to Be Seen is an experiential workshop for anyone who finds themselves shrinking, overthinking, holding back, fearing judgment, or struggling to fully express who they are.
Together, we’ll explore the beliefs and patterns that can keep us hidden and begin creating a deeper sense of safety around visibility and self-expression. Through guided reflection, body awareness, intentional breath, hypnosis, and sound, participants will be invited to slow down, connect with themselves, and explore what it feels like to take up space more authentically.
This isn’t about becoming louder or performing confidence. It’s about feeling safe enough to be yourself and allowing yourself to be seen.
No experience needed.
Hope Chovan is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Sound Practitioner, Reiki Master, and founder of Conscious Connections. Her work focuses on subconscious awareness, self-awareness, and helping people reconnect with themselves. After six years working in hospice, Hope felt called to create spaces where people can begin working through what they’re carrying now and create meaningful change from within.
Tickets: $30 per person
Maximum capacity: 15 participants
We have everything you need at the studio. Just show up 10-15 minutes early :)
