Fairbanks Homegrown Showcase featuring Award-winning blues-rock singer/songwriter & former Exposé member, Kelly Moneymaker. Kelly went from singing in the gym at Joy School to local clubs, to worldwide touring & singing with her heroes such as Ringo Starr & Meatloaf. Her new original songs have earned over a million streams and international acclaim. Kelly’s all star band, In The Black, features Herman Matthews (Tower of Power) on drums, Jamie Kime (Zappa Plays Zappa, Dr. John) and Matt Waldrum (Shelby Lynne) on guitars, and fellow Alaskan, Wade Biery (Kenny Loggins) on bass.
Opening Act: 3 Chord Ho includes local musicians Jody Hassel, Kendra Calhoun, Amanda Bent, & Ben Adamson. Since 2001, their art rock has been driven by a love of three chords, absolute social rage, and DIY broken hearts.
