About this Event
You will leave with a better understanding how to coach, and implement our concepts right away. Participants will get a certification in the foundations.
You can expect to learn by doing. I will explain the WHY behind the WHAT, and my team leaders will help me coach you every step of the way. This is not a boring lecture based course. We will break it down, so you can use it when you walk out on Sunday afternoon.
TOPICS INCLUDE:
- How to increase mobility + strength with a kettlebell movement prep
- Develop power with the KB olympic lifts (Dead clean, snatch, and the four jerks)
- Learn the 6 kettlebell fundamental movements (swing, clean, press, squat, snatch, and Turkish get up)
- How to use / employ kettlebell complexes
- Plyometric foundations, and how to regress them for your clients needs
- Pre-sprint drills, and how to implement sprinting
