Please join Elizabeth Pankey Warren for COMPLIMENTARY Hatha Yoga on Wednesday, May 15 at 9:30 am IN-PERSON & ONLINE. RSVP required.Hatha Yoga – is a balanced class with warm-up, standing, and sitting poses to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Each class begins with breathwork and ends with meditation/savasana to help center ourselves, calm our nervous system, and raise our vibrational positive energy. The pace is appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Elizabeth Pankey-Warren is an ERYT500 Yoga teacher who has been teaching at the Yoga Center of Deerfield Beach for 14 years. She is also an Emotionally Focused and EMDR Certified Psychotherapist, Breathwork and Meditation teacher, and an Advanced Reiki practitioner.
