About this Event
Location: The Darwin Lecture Theatre, Darwin Building, Malet Place, University College London (UCL) WC1E 7JG. To access the Darwin Building you will need to enter Malet Place from the Torrington Place entrance. Walk down Malet Place until you pass the Insitute of Making on your left, then turn left along Darwin Walk to access the building at the end of Darwin Walk.
Max number of students: No limit – everyone is encouraged to attend, but please only register for tickets for the exact number of people who can definitely attend.
Educational stage: AS/A-level, GCSE (but not limited to)
UCL Chemistry presents a scientific showcase bringing cutting edge science to the stage in an engaging and dynamic format for school children across the country. The showcase will include multiformat delivery of research-based science including live demonstrations, videos and soundscapes to immerse the audience in an exploration of scientific discovery delivered by postgraduate students and a well-known invited scientist.
Our invited speaker this year is Professor Andrea Sella
