About this Event
This isn’t just another industry event.
It’s a moment to pause, recognise, and celebrate the people shaping a more inclusive future across EV, clean transport, and energy - as a community.
The Spring Campaign has surfaced powerful stories of leadership, allyship, innovation and resilience. This event brings those stories to life, in the room, with the people behind them.
It’s about:
- Recognising the people shaping change
- Building on what’s already happening
- Strengthening the community around us
Whilst the event will officially run from 1.30pm to 5.00pm, there will be networking post-event where we will need to vacate the Octopus office by 7.00pm.
Networking is optional but we would love to see you there, even if it's just for a little bit!

Panel | Building the Workforce We Actually Need

Info: In 2026, women remain hugely underrepresented in frontline and technical roles - why though? And what can we do to move the dial and be more inclusive? This panel will unpack what frontline EV infrastructures roles look like today, why women are still underrepresented and what can be done to attract and crucially, retain, more women into these vital roles.

Info: Beginning as short panel, reflecting on the power of community, positivity and peer support, the discussion opens up to the room, where we encourage all delegates to offer how community has lifted them up previously or to share an instance where they themselves has championed someone. Fundamentally the day will be about celebration - and this final panel does exactly that, it celebrates delegates and speakers alike.
