On Sunday, September 14, Spiral Studio invites you to a heartfelt afternoon of practice and community as we gather to honor Kate’s final Sonic Yoga Nidra offering before she moves to Sweden this October.From 2:00–4:00 PM, Kate will guide her signature Sonic Yoga Nidra—an immersive practice of deep rest, sound, and meditation. This final session is more than just a class; it is an opportunity to reflect on the many gifts Kate has shared with our community and to hold space together in gratitude and love. All proceeds will directly support Kate’s immigration journey to Sweden.
Following the practice, from 4:15–6:00 PM, we welcome you to stay for a Farewell Celebration in Kate’s honor. This gathering will be potluck-style, with a special request for gluten-free options. Please bring a dish to share if you are able, along with your well wishes, stories, or simply your presence. Together, we will celebrate Kate’s light, her devotion, and the lasting impact she has made at Spiral Studio.
Let us come together in love and community to honor Kate as she steps into her next chapter.
