We’ll begin in the Evolve room with:

• An uplifting, sculpting Pilates flow
• A grounding, heart-opening meditation
• A guided journaling experience designed to help you reset, reflect, and align with the version of you you’re becoming rooted in sisterhood, divine feminine energy, and womanhood!

4:15–5:00 PM | Galentine’s Social Hour
After class, stay and connect during a relaxed social hour featuring:

• Light bites, sweet treats, and festive matcha/drinks!
• Curated Galentine’s vendors (friendship bracelets, baked goods, and more)
• Thoughtful goodie bags & special surprises

For women who love Pilates, journaling, intentional experiences, and want an uplifting Galentine’s celebration + supportive community of women!
