Start your Saturday with an energizing Pilates flow led by Holly Noelle in the courtyard of The Sparkle Bar. This 45-minute class is designed to sculpt, strengthen, and leave you feeling sweaty, spicy, and ready to brunch🌶️

• Class begins at 9:30 AM

• Pilates runs from 9:30 - 10:15 AM

All participants will receive a $10 gift cards to Neutral to shop after class before the store opens to the public!

We’ll also have local vendors joining us for the morning, including Melted Candle Co — so come for the flow and stay to sip and shop!

Bring your friends, bring your energy, and most importantly:

BRING A MAT & WATER - mat and face towel recommended.

Resistance bands will be provided for class, optional to bring your own light hand or ankle weights!
