Planting Seeds and Cutting Roots
The path of practice is both cultivation and release. Every thought, word, and action plants a seed. Every moment of mindful awareness offers an opportunity to loosen and cut the roots of suffering.
In this class, we will explore the Buddha's teachings on karma and how our intentions shape both our inner lives and the world around us. Together, we will examine the seeds of generosity, compassion, and wisdom that lead to freedom, while learning to recognize and transform the habitual patterns of greed, aversion, and delusion that keep us bound.
Through reflection, discussion, and practical application, we will explore how the simple choices of daily life become the ground for awakening, and how each moment offers an opportunity to cultivate wisdom, compassion, and liberation.
