Having just completed her graduation from SVMT (Somatic, Vibrational, Mindful, Trance Therapies), Stephanie is weaving her newest tools into the ritual container. What unfolds is Resonance Nidra™, a practice born at the intersection of sound healing, nervous system safety, and deep meditative rest. This is not a rebranded version of Yoga Nidra.
