Let's make pouring love into the community a routine!

Hatha yoga - or the physical yoga practices - are intended to refine and detoxify the mind and body so that service can come easily.

Karma Yoga - or selfless service - is a great tool to trim prejudices and keep us in humble awe of life. Both paths are powerful tools for transformation that go perfectly together

Bring your favorite pair of work gloves and extra trash bags. Some gloves, bags and pickers will also be provided. We meet at Little Cheeseman Park, and our goal is to clean the streets and alleys around the area for 45 minutes. We will then meet back up where we started for the (optional) Hatha (physical) yoga session.
