Avoid processed foods, alcohol, caffeine, and excessive salt or sugar.🔹 No Alcohol or Drugs – Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, and strong stimulants at least 48 hours before.

🔹 Set an Intention – Reflect on what you want to release or call in.
