Chef Jessie will assist you in creating your own Gingerbread House, learning all the basics. In this hands-on summer camp class, kids will learn from beginning to finish project all the necessities of working with gingerbread.
The best part? Parents don’t need to bring a thing! We provide ALL supplies, instruction, receipes and materials — and every child goes home with a fully finished creation they made themselves! We will encourage them to enter their creation in the 37th Downtown Belleville Gingerbread Contest.
Chef Jessie is a retired culinary instructor from SWIC. Along with winning Best of Show in the Downtown Belleville Gingerbread Contest several times.

Toots’ class cancellation policy:
When you purchase a seat in our classes, you should see it as something similar to purchasing tickets to any other entertainment event. We do not offer refunds unless the class is canceled by Toots’ Cake and Candy Supply. There are NO REFUNDS for classes as there is so much preparation that goes into each one.
As a courtesy on our behalf we will offer class credit, if you want to cancel your reservation you must give at least a 2 business day notice in order to receive FULL credit for a future class (within 90 days). Cancellations within 1 business day will be granted half credit for a future class (within 90 days). If you do not show up for your class or cancel in less than 1 business day, you will forfeit the missed class and will NOT be issued any credits and will need to pay to re-register.
If an unforeseen circumstance requires you to cancel the SAME DAY of a class you are scheduled to attend, we strongly suggest that you find a friend or family member who can come in your place so that you are not out the class fee that you already paid.
