Join us for an in-person class where you will learn about Jyorei, a form of spiritual healing practiced by Shumei, and gain a deeper understanding of the spiritual principles and purpose behind it.

In this on-site experience, you will not only learn about Jyorei, but also have the opportunity to receive Jyorei in person and feel its calming and uplifting effects in a peaceful, supportive environment.

Whether you are simply curious about Jyorei or are considering becoming a Jyorei practitioner, this class is the perfect first step.

Jyorei is a spiritual healing practice taught by Mokichi Okada (Meishusama), the founder of Shumei.

By purifying spiritual “clouds,” Jyorei aims to eliminate the root causes of physical discomfort and life challenges, leading to a more harmonious and fulfilling life.

Both the person receiving Jyorei and the person giving it benefit from the experience—it is a mutual act of sharing Divine Light.

During this in-person class, you will also experience Amatsunorito, a sacred Shinto chant that is central to Shumei’s spiritual practice.

Participants will have the opportunity to chant Amatsunorito together in person and experience its deep, powerful spiritual resonance firsthand.

The sound vibrations of the chant help purify the mind and soul and prepare the heart for the Jyorei experience.
