Just Show Up

This is a space for people needing support or wanting to help support community members. Whether that's talking, needing help with overwhelming tasks like paperwork, finding resources, whatever has been difficult alone. Come together, meet community, co-regulate, body double, show up for each other.
There will be some games, puzzles, fidgets and feel free to bring your own or a craft you've been working on. Stay as long or as little as what's comfortable for you. All ages welcome. Hope to see you there!
