The evening:
17:00 – 17:30 Opening speeches by Director Nanna Hjortenberg and Curator Mai Dengsøe.
17:45 – 18:00 Ursula Reuter Christiansen reads aloud from her own poems written for the exhibition.
18:30 – 18:45 Troubadour and artist Tomás Nervi performs near Paul McCarthy's work in Institut Funder Bakke’s large ball pit.
Throughout the evening, you can:
Experience a poodle performance by artist Nanna Abell.
Visit the showroom Baby Buco Nero, featuring queer-inspired nursing and children's clothing by the Berlin-based artist collective Hulfe Studio.
Listen to Pernille Clausen’s sound piece 'Mor, det er Lise' from 1975.
Take home balloons (from 19:00) from Esben Weile Kjær's soaring installation Inflatable Petroglyphs.

About ‘Just Kids’.
‘Just Kids’ is an experimental, generational exploration of children in contemporary art. It highlights how childlike wonder and creativity are deeply intertwined with the essence of being an artist. The exhibition features 16 contemporary artists, with works spanning from 1975 to today, across painting, drawing, sculpture, installation, and video.
