Just Breathe & Be… A Sound Healing Experience with Coach J. Malone

Just Breathe & Be… is a deeply restorative sound healing experience designed to help you release stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner calm.

Guided by sound healer and wellness facilitator Coach J. Malone, this session uses crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle sound frequencies to bring your nervous system into a state of balance and ease.

This is a safe, nurturing space to:

• Let go of mental overload
• Reset your emotional energy
• Improve sleep and relaxation
• Ground yourself in the present moment
• Reconnect with your breath and body

No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

During this session, you will:

• Be guided through a brief grounding meditation
• Experience a full-body sound bath
• Rest comfortably while sound waves wash over you
• Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered

Participants remain fully clothed and seated or lying down.

• Yoga mat or blanket (optional but recommended)
• Pillow or eye mask (optional)
• Water bottle
• An open heart & intention to relax
