Breakaway Sled Roping is a great way to begin your breakaway roping experience! It's also a great way to practice and improve the skills you already have. How does it work?
Practice will include learning/practicing the following:
Setting up in the roping box, learning to "track" the dummy calf, and roping the moving dummy calf. The calf will adjust its speed level for different age divisions.
Participants must already know how to dummy rope, build a loop, and ride a horse. They will need their own horse/pony to work with. They will need their own breakaway rope.
HOW TO REGISTER:
The clinic is $50. Pay for the clinic through VENMO (say-rodeo) or by check (to SAY Rodeo 2280 Pine Drive, Douglasville, Ga 30135). When you make your payment, PLEASE include the participant's name, DATE OF BIRTH, an email address, and which clinic you are interested in. No refunds unless we have to cancel for any reason; then a full refund will be given. If you have questions, you may email [email protected]. We will accept 12 participants. *****All participants will need a release form. Minors must have a parent or LEGAL guardian on premises with them.
