Join us for a cozy evening of creativity, gratitude, and community at Sacred Scraps Circle, a beginner-friendly junk journaling experience where no artistic experience is needed. If you've ever wanted to slow down, unplug from the busy pace of life, and create something meaningful with your hands, this is the perfect place to begin.

Together we'll explore the beautiful world of junk journaling using vintage papers, book pages, stickers, washi tape, fabric, postcards, and other unique treasures. We'll begin with a simple gratitude practice to help us ground in the present moment before creating pages that reflect our memories, dreams, intentions, and the little moments that make life special.

Capture the evening at our Instax Photo Station and add your instant photo directly into your journal as a keepsake from the experience.

$10 per person donation based as materials are given we will pass around a jar but please support Kokomo’s they have fabulous food and drinks!

Your registration includes all materials needed to create your journal pages. Simply bring yourself and an open heart. If you have meaningful keepsakes such as photographs, handwritten notes, postcards, pressed flowers, ticket stubs, or other small treasures you'd like to include, feel free to bring them along.

While you create, enjoy Kokomo's delicious food and drinks. Whether you choose a handcrafted cocktail, a mocktail, coffee, tea, or one of their amazing menu items, we encourage you to make it a relaxing evening of creativity, conversation, and community.

About Your Host

Shanice Ariel is a poet, intuitive guide, educator, and community builder passionate about creating spaces where people feel welcomed exactly as they are. As the founder of The Enchanted Cove Shop and Open Mic Renegades, she believes creativity is a powerful form of healing, self-expression, and connection. Through workshops, community events, and intentional gatherings, she encourages others to slow down, embrace imperfection, and rediscover the joy of creating with their own hands.

Whether this is your very first junk journal or you've been crafting for years, Sacred Scraps Circle is a space to create without pressure, connect with others, and leave with something that tells your story.
