Juniper Bends returns with our fall event: Harvest & Haunting: Celebrating the Dark Moon. Join us for an evening of poetry, fiction, CNF, and music at Story Parlor. Friday, November 22. Doors at 7 p.m., show at 7:30 p.m. $15 in advance / $18 day of event. Students can attend for free with proof of current student ID, but MUST RSVP at the ticketing link. (Tickets coming soon!)
Our fall theme reflects this time in the wheel of the year when the days are short and the nights grown long. We celebrate the harvest of the year, gather with our friends and our ancestors, and make preparations before crossing the threshold into winter.
Our readers are Polly Schattel, Mildred Barya, Jennifer McGaha, and Andrew Clark, with musician Jane Kramer. Books will be available to purchase from and have signed by the writers.
