This FREE yoga freedom flow invites you to find rest and movement. The Juneteenth Festival of the Carolinas Freedom March is to follow beginning at 11 am. More details via the website: https://www.juneteenthofthecarolinas.com/.
As we celebrate Juneteeth weekend honoring the freedom of our ancestors, let us find movement, joy, and freedom within ourselves as we continue to advocate for freedom within our community. The flow will be a gentle flow of full body movement for all levels. Please note we will be outside on concrete, so please bring your mat, blanket, and any support you may need to have the most comfortable and free expereince that you can.
The location is at the House of Africa 1215 Thomas Avenue and intersection of Commonwealth Avenue Charlotte NC, 28205. Start time: 9 AM. I look forward to seeing you there! Come on out and let's celebrate a Piece of American history!!

Parking is free at the corner of central and thomas avenue.
Parking is free at the Post office.
Parking at the Wells Fargo Bank is $5 a day.
