June's Key to Care Talk

We will be joined by Dr Matilda Chongwa from Global Diabetes Inititatives who will be giving an informal talk on diabetes awareness, prevention, and the link between diabetes, emotional wellbeing and dementia.

She will also be offering free health checks on diabetes risks, blood pressure (hypertension) and BMI.

As always, a good opportunity to chat before and after the talk and refreshments will also be available.
