Painting en plein is a learning experience and a challenging adventure. Working outside forces clarity, simplicity and confident decision making. This class will provide demonstrations and individual instruction designed to help students achieve mastery en plein air. Participants must bring and carry their own supplies. Students may work in the medium (acrylic, oil, watercolor, pastels, ink, colored pencils, graphite). Keep color selection basic: red, yellow, blue, white, black. Also bring water, a hat, snack, sunscreen and bug spray. This is for intermediate artists or as a skill refresher. The class will meet at Robin Hood Park in Fairfield Glade.
