June Yoga at Vessel Collective

Come join us on June 5th from 6:00-6:45 for our Monthly Gentle Flow Yoga & Energy Healing! Class is led by the talented Colleen Herman where the first 30 minutes you will experience a very gentle flow, followed by 15 minutes of Energy Healing where you will learn to regulate your nervous system!

All female bodies are welcome to this class no matter where you are in your Yoga journey! This class is great for all body types and wonderful for prenatal and postpartum mamas!

We hope to see you there! All future classes will take place the first Wednesday of every month.
