June Vocal & Movement Meditation

If you are curious about and enjoy different forms of embodiment practice, this class is for you.

Using movement, breath, sound, and singing, we'll pull from several different modalities to create this unique, exploratory exprience. Expect it to feel like a mix between a yoga class, ecstatic dance, vocal jam, and meditation session. A little guided improvisatory movement, a little harmonizing, a little introspection, a little laughter...expect to feel good, and connected with yourself and others.

The only requirement is openess and willingness to try--you do not have to have any prior singing experience. Dress comfy, bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a friend.

Doors open at 9:15am. Please arrive 10 minutes before start time to get settled. Doors lock and class begins right at 9:30am.
