👋Hey yall!There was an AMAZING turnout for our Power 4's tourney last summer, so we thought it'd be fun to organize some other formats too👀
For those unfamiliar with Coed Rotating Pairs––enter with a partner of the opposite sex, and each game you'll be paired with another duo to play 4v4. Men are allowed to hit in this format.
💵Entry fee: $60/pair
🕘Check-in: 9:00 - 9:30 AM
⌛️GAMES START 10:00AM !!
FORMAT
- Pool play: Split into 3 pools of 8 pairs (if we have 24 pairs)
- Playoffs: Top 4 pairs pick from everyone to form a team of 4, then the next 4 pick from whoever is left, etc etc.
- One big gold bracket (subject to change if we get more pairs)
RULES:
- No open hand tips
- No set overs
- Open hand receives allowed
- Directional blocking allowed
- Players must play in pool play to play in bracket!
🥇First Place: Cash prize depends on how many pairs we get! If we get 24 pairs, payout will be $120/person.
🥈Second Place: Money back
